In order to create more communications among staffs from production department, to enhance the understanding cooperation in processes, to get better environment and quality,the production department regularly organize the internal staffs of meeting, while the selection of outstanding staff awards, they are all motivated. During the meeting,everyone talks naturally, telling their works and lives no matter joys or difficulties, all the issues come from it would be recorded and follow-up.
